Although with the instructions we have provided you should have no problems installing the Amphora Station, there are always some issues that can arise. That's why we bring you a list of the most common unforeseen problems our customers have when proceeding with the installation.
- Connections
- Connect only those items that are exclusively necessary for the operation of the Amphora Station (e.g. a mobile phone cannot be connected for charging).
- Use the power cable provided by Amphora (no other will work)
- What do I do if my wifi is not working?
- Check if your mobile device is connected to the wifi network by logging into any browser and searching for any website.
- Check the upload and download speed of the wifi network.
- Check that the Plug&Play screen is displayed:
- the IP of the wifi network in the upper right corner

- Check that it is properly connected to the USB port. Do not connect any cables other than the USB and power cable.
- Check that the configuration has been carried out correctly. For printing, this light (

- What if I have problems with the scanner?
- Check that the USB is properly connected to one of the non-blue ports. If it is connected correctly, you will hear a "positive" sound when testing the scanner.
- How can I reset the system?
- Restoring the system from the App.
- (If you have a keyboard) press Ctrl+Shift+R.
- Disconnecting and reconnecting the power cable.
- Restoring the system from the App.
