In the Amphora App, you can view all the information about your warehouse team, as long as you have an administrator account. There you can see data about each user such as their name, their roles, their availability, their last connection, etc.
Furthermore, you will also be able to check the performance of each member of your team in real time, thanks to the statistics and graphs differentiated between B2B and B2C.
To discover this information about your team, you must select 'View team' in the side menu.
Once inside, you can see the general information about your team. You can enter any tab to obtain more information about what you wish. Even so, you will find the most relevant content in 'Available Users'.
Here you can see all the members of your team and you can also filter by the role each of them has.
In the top right corner of the screen, you can apply filters. You will be able to choose between the type of user, their role, the statuses, and whether the team member has been active today.
Moreover, if you click on the three dots in the top right corner of a user, you have the option to edit it or view the login QR code. You will be able to change the status, the type of user, the roles, the company and the zones, as well as establish whether it is a temporary user.
On the main screen of the device, you can also add a user by pressing the blue button in the bottom right corner. You will have the option to create a permanent or temporary user, as it suits you. Enter the data requested by the app and press 'Save' to add the new user.
How can I see my team's performance?
To view real-time performance analytics, you must select a user. There you can apply some filters to consult information about the picks, packs, task history, etc.
If you wish to see more information, click on 'See more' to access other statistics. There you can also apply any filters you want.
