The Amphora App allows you to configure certain functionalities to optimise your performance in the warehouse and customise the operation of various tasks to be more efficient. One of the functions we offer is the customisation of picking tasks, which you will find by clicking 'Settings' in the side menu.
Once inside, you can filter according to the companies present in the warehouse. When selecting a type of task, you will be able to define the minimum and maximum order limits. In this case, for example, it has been established that in the mass pickings of all companies the minimum quantity will be 5 and the maximum 200, therefore, all tasks will be adjusted to these limits.
Once you save these amounts, the 'Regenerate tasks' button will appear, which, when pressed, will update all tasks to fit the established limits.
There is also the option to create a new customisation of the task. Press the blue button in the bottom right corner of the screen where all existing tasks appear. At the top of the screen, there are the options 'Quantity' and 'Filter'.
In 'Quantity' you must decide what type of task it is, the company that carries it out, and the desired quantity limits.
In 'Filter' you can exclude by company, carrier or category (by zones, by priority...). This means that when picking tasks are created, they will be divided exclusively according to the selected option. These options are always enabled by default, but if you wish certain companies not to comply with this restriction, you have the option to disable them by pressing the 'Active' button.
