How can I change a batch during picking for a B2B order?

In the Amphora App, there is a feature to change batches during the picking of a B2B or B2C order. The incorporation of this tool allows for the streamlining of a process that previously required more time to resolve. Although within the app the procedure is quite intuitive, below we provide you with the steps to follow to work with this functionality.

We will show you an example with a B2B order, but it works exactly the same for B2C.

To begin, you must follow the process as you would for B2B picking, that is, select 'Orders' in the side menu and then 'Large Orders' and 'B2B'.

Here, you will have the option to 'Change batch'. Press it and choose another batch along with the number of units you will pick from that batch. Keep in mind that you can pick products from different batches as long as the total quantity equals the indicated number. When you finish, press 'Save'.
