STEP 0 - 2' - 2
Before you start, prepare the material you will need for the installation of the Amphora Station in a comfortable space.
STEP 1 - 6'
Set up the monitor mount. You must follow the instructions on the box of the bracket itself.
IMPORTANT!
- Make sure that the table on which you mount the Amphora Station has a suitable base so that the mount is stable.
- Install the Amphora Station in a place in the warehouse where you have the best sellers nearby to make it easier for the pickers.
STEP 2 - 20''
Attach the monitor to the mount so that the logo is on the left. You must follow the instructions on the box of the mount itself.
IMPORTANT!
The logo on the screen should be on the left. Otherwise, once installed, the projected image on the screen will be upside down.
STEP 3 - 30''
Connect the monitor's power cable to the power strip.
STEP 4 - 20''
Insert the label roll into the Zebra printer.
In order for the printer to be correctly synchronised with the labels, it must be calibrated. It is possible that at some point the printer may become descaled and you may have to repeat the process. Here's how to do it.
STEP 5 - 30''
Connect the Zebra printer to the power strip.
STEP 6 - 30''
Connect the Zebra printer to the keyboard.
STEP 7 - 30''
Connect the monitor to the keyboard with the HDMI-mini HDMI cable.
STEP 8 - 20''
Insert the micro SD card into the keyboard (it may already be inserted).
STEP 9 - 20''
Insert the USB of the barcode reader (scanner) into the keyboard. In the scanner box there is a cable with two USB outputs (type A and type B) for charging the scanner when the battery runs out. We recommend turning the scanner off when not in use to save battery power.
STEP 10 - 20''
Connect the keyboard power cable.
STEP 11
Connect the Amphora Station to the wifi network.
IMPORTANT!
It can be connected to the internet via a LAN cable (Amphora does not provide this cable).
How can I install the document printer?
If you have a Brother HLL2400DWE printer, install it as follows:
The cable you need to use to connect the printer to the Raspberry Pi keyboard (step 3) can be found in the barcode reader box. This is the cable that also serves to charge the scanner.
