Before starting the configuration of the Amphora Station from the Amphora App, make sure that you have correctly installed the station by following the steps below. Once you have checked this, it is important to keep the screen and printer switched on.
To start the setup, scan the QR code for the Apple Store or Play Store that appears on the Amphora Station screen and download the application.

Activate the personal internet hotspot on your mobile device.

The device used in the video tutorial is the Xiaomi Redmi 10 2022. In principle, there should not be much difference in activating the personal hotspot if your mobile phone is a different model, but if you find that you are unable to complete this step, we recommend that you use the instruction manual for the device in question.
Open the Amphora application and log in with your username and password.
In the side menu, select settings.
Select initialise station and click on specify IP manually.
You can add the IP of the station manually or scan the QR code that will appear at the top right of the Amphora Station screen.
Under settings, click manage printers. It is important to have the printer switched on at the beginning of the whole process for a correct installation.
Find the printer and enter a name for it. We recommend assigning a name that establishes an order between the different Amphora Stations in your store ('Amphora 1', 'Amphora 2', 'Amphora 3', etc.).
*If you are using a LAN cable to connect to the Internet, you have already completed the initial setup process.
Under settings, click on specify the access network.
Enter the SSID and password of your warehouse WIFI. It is important to write the credentials exactly as they are, specifying uppercase, lowercase, numbers, hyphens, spaces, etc.
Click on create.
Once you have completed the whole process, you will see that the Amphora Station screen is loading. Disconnect the personal hotspot from your mobile device:

Finally, connect your mobile device to the same Wi-Fi network that you connected the Amphora Station to.

How do I set up my Brother printer for documents?
If you have the Brother HLL2400DWE printer you will need to configure it now, so follow the steps below. You can also take a look at the video tutorial.
Log into the Amphora app and from the side menu select 'Packing Station'.
Scan the QR code at the top right of the station screen. This way, you can control the station from the app.
Now, in the side menu select 'Settings'.
Go to 'Manage printers' and then click on the printer that appears as new and has no name assigned to it.
In order to perform this step, make sure that you are connected to the Zebra printer, although in principle you should be, as you have already configured it.
Now all you have to do is name the printer and click 'Submit' to finish the process.
What problems can I encounter during installation?
How do I turn on the Zebra display and printer?
Press the power button on the display and the Zebra printer.
What happens if the Plug & Play screen does not appear at the start of the process?
Once you turn on the screen, it should look exactly like this:
If you get a blank screen or other type of failure, refresh the screen by pressing Ctrl+Shift+R. If no response is received, Insert a tag resets the screen. If the same thing keeps happening, please contact us.
How can I find out the SSID and password of my Wi-Fi network?
The SSID is the name of your Wi-Fi network. You can find it on the wireless router of your store's Wi-Fi network. However, the SSID may have been changed at some point, so you will need to check what the current SSID is. If you do not know these credentials, you can check the information (SSID and password) on a device that is already connected to the same Wi-Fi network.

How can I set up the internet through a LAN cable?
If you are using a LAN cable, connect it to the indicated input and you are ready to use the Amphora Station.
What do I do if the screen freezes at some point during the process?
The solution is always to refresh the system by pressing Ctrl+Shift+R on the keyboard. If there is no reaction, you should reboot, i.e. unplug the power cable from the keyboard, wait a few seconds and plug it in again. In principle, the problem should be solved without losing any of the steps you have already taken. If the steps have not been saved, you will have to complete them again. If the screen remains locked, you should contact us.
