The Amphora App allows you to perform stock counts and replenishment tasks in a simple and effective way. To carry out your operations correctly, you must frequently count your stock to avoid problems with the products in your warehouse, so we will explain how to do it below.
To start, select 'Inventory' in the side menu of the App and go to the 'Stock' section.
There you have two options: Stock count and Replenishment tasks.
Stock count
Press 'Stock Count', select the company for which you want to perform the action, and choose the product to carry out the count.
Select the location you want and scan it. Once you have recounted the stock, write down the existing quantity and confirm.
Now you must scan the product's barcode and send it to complete the count.
IMPORTANT!
Remember that the actions you perform from the App must be accompanied by a physical action, that is, the quantities you indicate in the App must match your actual product count.
Restocking tasks
To restock products in empty locations, select 'Restocking Tasks' and choose the product you need to take action on.
Select the location you want to restock and scan it. Afterwards, you will also need to scan the product's barcode.
Add the quantity of product you are going to replenish, confirm it, and scan the destination location. To finish, press 'Complete task'.
IMPORTANT!
Remember that the actions you perform from the App must be accompanied by a physical action, that is, if you want to restock a location with a certain number of a product, the quantity you indicate in the App must be the same as what you physically restock.
