In the Amphora app, there is a feature that allows you to time tasks that do not depend on a digitalised process, that is, those that cannot be carried out with a mobile device, computer, or even with the Amphora Station. For now, you will be able to record the duration of the following tasks:
- Multi-reference entry
- Personalised B2B
- Product/box labelling
- Defect management
- Count requested by client
- Pack preparation
- Client visit
- Others (you will be able to specify what type of task it is)
To time tasks, you should select 'Orders' in the side menu and then click on 'New task'.
There you will have the option to register a task or time a task.
When selecting 'Register task', you will need to specify which company it concerns, the type of task, the start date and time, and the approximate time allocated for the task in question. Once all the data has been entered, click on 'Register task' to complete the process.
When selecting 'Time task', you will need to specify which company it concerns, the type of task, and the approximate time allocated for the task in question. Once all the data has been entered, click on 'Time Task'.
The stopwatch will appear, and you will only need to start it by pressing the play button. When you have finished the task, press the 'X' button. Automatically, a pop-up will appear showing the total time of the task. If you wish, you can add a comment in the 'Observation' box. Once finished, press 'Confirm and finish' to register the task.
