A transfer is a stock transfer from one warehouse to another. To do it correctly, you must follow the instructions we provide below.
To start processing a transfer, select 'Orders' in the side menu and in 'Picking' click on 'Large Orders' and then 'W2W' (warehouse to warehouse).
Click on the transfer you wish to complete. If you press the filters button, you can search by type (location or pallet), block, level, and position. You will also be able to filter by subtasks according to whether they are pending, in progress, or completed. Press 'Start' to begin picking a subtask.
You can continue with a picking subtask that is in progress.
Press 'Follow' and you will automatically be able to continue picking to complete a subtask that is in progress.
To perform the picking, press the product you wish to pick and scan the nearest location so that the system generates an intelligent route. You also have the option to skip this step.
Now, scan the location and then do the same with the product's barcode.
Select the number of product units you pick and press 'Confirm units'. Next, you can continue picking for the same product until it is finished or create boxes.
What happens if there is not enough stock?
Tap the three dots that appear in the top right corner of the product and then select the 'Report exception' option. Indicate the amount of stock available and confirm the quantity to finalise the process.
At this step, you can divide the product into different boxes or put it all in the same one. Once you have placed all the units in boxes, the 'Print labels' button will be activated, which you will need to press to continue the process.
When you finish picking, the app will automatically direct you to this screen.
Follow the instructions and stick the labels on the boxes where you have stored the products.

Now, you can scan the pallet bag if it is already created, or if not, you can create it directly from this same screen.
How can I close a pallet?
Once you have confirmed the previous process, the system will automatically direct you to this screen. Specify all the details of the pallet (type, dimensions and weight) and click 'Print pallet labels'. Scan the pallet bag to be able to print the label that you will stick on the pallet to complete the entire process.

How can I see the bags of a transfer?
Select 'Orders' in the side menu and in 'Picking' click 'Large Orders' and then 'W2W'. Press the transfer you want and if at least one of the boxes already has a bag assigned, you can press 'View bags'.
If you select a bag, you will be able to see what and how many products it contains.
By clicking on the three dots that appear in the top right corner of each box, the option to print the label for each box will appear.
WARNING!
In the transfer summary, the option to close pallet bags also appears, although it will only be available when at least one of the pallets is complete. From here, you must follow this process.
