To start working with Amphora, you must activate the stock to synchronise your warehouse inventory with that of your e-commerce shop. Follow the steps below:

In the side menu, select 'Logistics configuration'.

In the tab 'Integration and synchronisation', click on your company's integrated shop. If you do not have any integration, you will need to create one.

Finally, you will need to activate the shop in the 'Shop status' tab. We recommend that you also activate the 'Correct stock automatically' tab. By enabling this option, Amphora will be able to synchronise the warehouse inventory with your e-commerce shop. This will prevent selling out-of-stock products, thus reducing the likelihood of issues due to lack of stock.
IMPORTANT!
Customers using Shopify as an e-commerce shop for integrations must set their branch stock to 0.
