What can I see on the Amphora Station screen?

Once you have installed and configured your Amphora Station, you need to know how it works and what you can view on the screen in order to make the most of its functionalities and, therefore, optimise your logistics.

The screen is divided into 4 tabs: Home, Pack, Search and Settings.

Start

It is the main screen of the Amphora Station. Here you can view data, graphs, and general information about orders, the performance of warehouse operators, and carriers.

It is important to connect your mobile device with the Amphora Station. To do this, scan the QR code in the top right corner.

1. General information about orders
   1. Number of orders to be completed before the end of the day
   2. Average number of orders completed per hour
   3. Approximate time worked
   4. Total number of orders prepared today
   5. Number of orders that are ready to be packaged
2. Graphic information about prepared and packaged orders
   1. Number of orders prepared by each operator in the current shift
   2. Number of orders that have been packaged per hour
   3. Number of orders packaged by method on the current day
3. Information regarding orders and carriers. The cut-off time is shown, along with the orders that have been completed and those that remain to be completed. On the right, the carriers who have all the orders ready for collection appear.

Pack

Once you have finished picking an order, you should package it. Go to this screen and scan a bag to start packing. The instructions that appear on the screen are very intuitive, so follow them to carry out this process correctly.

Search engine

As its name suggests, this tab is used to search for information about a bag, product, order, or return. Scan what you wish to search for and you will be directed to these screens.

Bag

When you scan a bag, you can see the products inside. Additionally, you will be able to see the order details (ID, name, creation date, etc.) and the extra products (usually for marketing), that is, those that must be included in the packaging.

Product

When you scan a product, you can see its general information (ID, SKU, weight, etc.) as well as its location in the warehouse and the stock quantity.

Order

When you scan an order, you can see the products it contains. Additionally, you will be able to see the order details (ID, name, creation date, etc.) and the extra products (usually for marketing), that is, those included in the packaging.

IMPORTANT!

The search engine is only used to obtain information. You will not be able to take actions on bags, products or orders.

Configuration

On the configuration screen, you can see information about your Amphora Station.

1. Information about the users working in the warehouse, their status, and the orders they have prepared during the current day. You can also see the orders that need to be prepared before the end of the day.
2. Information about the devices connected to your Amphora Station.
3. Information about your Amphora Station (version, connection, etc.).
4. QR code to connect to the Amphora Station from a mobile device.
